This is the second Avalon community I've lived in and they have good standards overall. Office staff is professional and helpful, maintenance staff are friendly and thorough. The floorplans are nice and the community is in a nice location.

There are quite a few families with kids here and play areas outside, but it's still a quiet place to live in.
