Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The smoke smell from the appartments below comes up through the outlets and plumbing. It is like staying at a cheap hotel at an expensive price. Have complained and have only gotten vague promises to do something about it. I am very disappointed and would not recommend renting here.
