While I was a resident the staff returned all calls promptly if there were any problems and were very helpful. After moving out, I was treated totally different, the staff never returned my calls, I had to threaten them with an attorny if they didnt resolve the issue with my parking passes. They were trying to charge me $200 a piece and I had 2 of them. Even after I though it was all resolved, I still got a letter from a collection agency. This was the worst place I have ever lived, they take your money and treat you like trash when you are no longer a source of income.
