I have been here for several years, and they have been through FOUR managers here, with the last one not even making it a year. Whats the deal' When I moved in here, it was so much nicer, and the staff turnaround was not near as high. Now it seems like there is always someone different in the office.

THINK TWICE ABOUT LIVING HERE.

It's a nice apartment, but there's too many negatives to make it worth the high rent. It's about the highest in the area, most other places are 10-25% LOWER than here. Not sure why... Our parking totally sucks, and the lack of temporary permits is a major problem. I have seen several cars get towed due to this.

On the plus side, the grounds are very ncie and they just added a lot of lighting out by the rows of garages on the northern part of the property. Very nice and gives a sense of security.

The whole parking lot resealing fiasco was horrible. It could have been done in a far better way, perhaps in smaller sections. Parking on those two nights was death. I pay for a garage and couldn't even use it. I was not surprised I did not get a refund for that day I could not use my garage.

You are right the whole parking lot resealing bit took way too long. It seems we had it a bit better on the B side than the A side because of the rain. The rent is high and it seems lately cars are being broken into at a high rate. Tina is great and so is the maintenance. Next year its likely I will move to get lower rent though.

For starters, they switched the apartment on me forcing us to move into one that will cost us much more starting next year (for the first year they gave it to us at the same price as the cheaper one we signed for). We moved in a week later and had warned them in advance that we would be late. When they were informing us about the switch they promised to not charge us for that week. They later denied that and just replaced the front page of the lease as if nothing ever happened. The windows havent been washed for at least a year. No, you cant wash them yourself unless you are on the first floor. They promised to wash them when we were moving in in July. It is October now and this never happened. I forgot to write the rent check this month. No, they didnt kindly remind me. They just sent me a $75(!) late fee notice 2 days later. Sure, it is in the lease, but this incident is a good indicator of their attitude towards tenants - they are happy to catch you instead of trying to help avoiding the extra charge. In a letter about car break-ins instead of reporting what they plan to do they ask for suggestions. Well, here is the suggestion: have the security company patrol the premises more often, or constantly for that matter.
