Pros:
Interiors are well maintained
Relatively new appliances
Maintenance is responsive and fixes things right the first time.
Office staff, although they've changed about 3 times in the past year, are consistently friendly and helpful.

Cons:
Noise: community is noisy, with both kids and adults active and loud outside when the weather is nice. Easy to hear your neighbors.

Safety: Car break ins reported. People seem to hang around outside at night and it's hard to tell if they're residents, visitors, or what. Unit safety features, such as door and window locks, however, seem solid. Alarms are optional. A security company is supposed to patrol the area, but they don't maintain high visibility.

Parking is fine for residents, but inconvenient for visitors.

One really inconvenient parking lot resurfacing project caused residents to park elsewhere overnight by section. That's not something that's likely to come up again in the next few years or so, though.

Wouldn't recommend based on direction the nieghborhood seems to be going, with the auto thefts and night time parking lot loiterers. Not sure what the office staff could even do about safety, since car theft is more a police matter and apparently, unless they actually commit a crime, the loiterers have the right to stand wherever they want.
