I just moved in last month and I am very happy with the quality of our townhome! We never hear our neighbors and the office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful and are always so happy to see us. We feel very welcome here and are proud to call this our home. When we moved in everything in our townhome was perfect and we even got new carpet! I would defiantly recommend Rock Meadow to anyone who is looking for a place you feel proud to call your home! We're here to stay until we buy a home! :)

Give it some time... amonth is not enough time to make an informed opinion. Try 3 years like we did....

Its all in the perception. Some people will be happy living where they do and some are harder to please. A lot of times certain people likely should live on the top floor of their building to minimize disruptions/noise. Or live on the end if they have a townhome. I live on the first floor. Sure I hear my neighbor walk above me every so often. I even hear it when they use the restroom/flush the toilet but its not a big deal to me. Where I live its exceptionally quiet. A little too quiet if you ask me :) I like it here and I do think the rent is a little high but I knew that when I signed and resigned my lease though. The management is exceptional here and respond to issues very quick. Anyone who has issues with noise from who I have talked to are usually on the side where they are building the retirement community. It seems they are close to finishing that project finally. If you live in an apartment there will be noise from neighbors sometimes. As long as its not overtly noisy between 9pm-6am relax.

LOL! Anonymous makes me laugh. "Try 3 years like we did. . . ." reminds me of the joke about the woman who complained about an obscene phonecaller: "It was the most uncomfortable hour I've ever spent on the phone!" If it was so bad, Anon, why wait three years! Masochist?
