pros: The floorplans are very open and bright (Good for Seattle weather). Even for a 1 bedroom the ceiling is very high and the open kitchen is a great feature. I think it probably depends on who your neighbors are, but I almost never hear the neighbors next door or below me, although you can hear noise in the hallway sometimes. The bathroom is more spacious and bright than I've seen in most other apartments that I looked at. In my experience, the staff has been friendly and helpful.

cons: The Bothell-Everett Hwy can get extremely busy, especially during rush hour. It can be very difficult and frustrating if you want to turn left out of the complex. The rent is pretty pricey, and certain apts come with a garage, which forces you to pay the extra $100 a month for it. Also, if you live in an apt right off the street, it may be a little noisy as probably expected.

I've have, for the most part, enjoyed living here. I live in a 1 bed 1 bath and have my own garage. The staff is very friendly and I definately feel safe in this area and I like the convenient location. I would say this is overall a pretty good place to live! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
