I'm amazed at all the complaints here. I've lived in (2) apartments at rockmeadow for the past (3) years and have been very satisfied overall. I initially lived in a flat, which had some noise, and was facing the afternoon sun so it got really hot in the apartment in the summer, so I moved into a townhome on the same campus.

The parking situation isn't perfect by any means as you need passes for guest vehicles after 6pm. Everyone has their assigned spots and must park in them or risk a visit from the tow truck. There is additional parking available in front of most of the townhome apartments. Some townhomes on this campus also have (2) car tandem garages allowing for a total of (3) vehicles.

The staff are very nice, really helpful and easy going. The current property manager (Terri) does a great job keeping everything moving along. Trash is removed and compacted daily (no stinky trash), the lawn is always trimmed and gardeners come each Tuesday.

The campus is kept exceptionally clean. Buildings were repainted recently, and the drive was re-paved about a year ago. There is even a 'poop station' for pets with plastic bags to clean up after your animals.

There are a lot of kids in the community, but the noise level has never been beyond my expectations.

I would recommend this community to those who don't take issue with the parking situation.
