40 year old buildings poorly maintained and managed. Owner is running a slum and repairs are nonexistent. Black mold and mildew is present in most units. Leaking roofs and water damage is severe, particularly in winter months. Bug infestations, noisy neighbors and lack of upkeep make this apartment a risk to live in.

First of all there was a roof leak in one of the buildings do to a tree that went through the roof a couple of years ago. However, There is a brand new roof on two of the buildings. The third is waiting on the permits.Beardslee went through a period of bad management during last summer and early fall. Any bug infestations have long since been taken care of. All three buildings have gone through extensive renovation. Any noisy tenants have moved, are being asked to move, or are in the process of moving. A total of nine apartments have been completely remodeled, and are being upgraded one at a time. The new management has been taking care of all problems as they arise, and to post any thing else to that effect would be, and is a slanderous statement.
