Friendly management nice apartments

As of 8/03 a new maager took over and she has been a pleasure to work with...she is easy to get ahold of and is always there to answer my questions or to get things fixed.

This is a small apartment community (much nicer then the huge complexes) yes parking can be a problem for those of you that work later hours.

I get home each day at 5:45 and have never had a problem finding a parking space I also go out wuite frequenlty on Saturday nights and return home late and still have found open spaces.

I do not think $35.00 a month is too much to pay for a gaurenteed parking space it you are having sucha diffictult time with it.

The apartments are very nice, if I have a problem they always come out right away to fix it.

I love this place and have never been given a reason to think otherwise.

I think the managment change had allot to do with the negative comments from prior years...
