Braewood management changed last summer and it has been a welcome change.
Yes, the old manager was a snoop but the new manager seems delightful and has been very helpful.
I have never had any problems contacting someone in the office.
I had an emergency after the office closed, I called and someone called me right back.
They took time out of their evening to take care of my problems.
I did what the last person said to do and I called the King County Sheriffs Office.
There has been two reports of break-ins in the last two years.
That is not what the last person said, the last person to leave a review stated six.
Why would the manager post flyers letting people know that a car or two were broken into' As for the utilities if you want to pay for your own water usage and not hear other people, then you should buy a house.
Braewood is normal apartment living and I really do like it here.
