I came across this web site when a friend told me about it and I was taken aback by the statements made by others about this community. The layouts are terrific. My 3 bedroom is 1240 square feet and it has tons of added features such as ( computer workstations, entertainment center built in to the Wood burning fireplace, full size washer and dryer). These people that have made these statements are people that had to have done something wrong to not get there deposits back. They all moved in here knowing that there are were no amenities and they choose the unit that they moved into and if it was by the BUSY road that was there decision. Yes it is a small complex and people like myself like it that way. I have resided here for 6 months and I have seen no problems with Vandalism of any kind. If these people did not like the amount of deposits required why did they move here' I have on 2 occasions now had to visit the managers office about repairs I needed in my unit. They were very helpful and the work was done the same day. And they have always appeared friendly as I drive in or out of this complex even if it is just a smile or a wave. I am PROUD to call BRAEWOOD my home!!!!!
