New Management! Everything is better

The property was sold again in July of 2005 to a Condominium Division. They hired a new property manager & got a new maintenance guy, too. The parking situation is much better, and you can often find parking now. The only sad thing is that now they finally have someone who will take care of things, they're selling them off as condos. But I love living here. They're still renting, I think so I highly recommend it!
