Don't bother wasting your time waiting to see if it is a better deal as an owner. The same company that runs the rentals is the owner of the conversions. The deals suck. I made them a generous offer that in retrospect was $10,000 more than I should have offered. They declined it and asked $16,000 more than I offered. I found a much nicer & larger condo at nearly 1,400 sq ft 2 story townhouse, 2 bed & 2 bath in Lynnwood at another new conversion for $6,000 less than I offered Cambria Hills. Mary at the sales office lacks reality check of property value in the area. I am personally thankful that my offer was laughed at. What I purchased instead is infinately superior than what they had to offer and I saved about $20,000 in the process. Trust me, look around, there are definately better deals for condo conversions out there if you look.

Good for you SKIMT! Glad you found something better. I lived at Cambria hills, and if you did buy condo and obviously paid your HOA fees, trust me they do not use it wisely! Hot tub is probably still not up and running... hmmm what do they use your money for?

I was in B building... overlooking the maintenance person's unit and the office/pool area... what a cluster ***&& that place has become it appears.
