I'm pretty sure you can't find worst management than these guys. They are here just to get your money. They'll squeeze you out to get money. And please please please...!! guys don't buy the houses from them. If you do, that would be big blunder in your life.

They tell hell lot of stories when you complain about some issue. Perhaps, this apartment is the only place in this world where the exercise room will be open only in business hours. i.e when you are out on some business and they can't open it after business hours when you are at home. What a fun!!.
