My husband and I were looking for a rental for a few months in the Bothell/Mill Creek area and Cambria Hills by far is the best we have seen! Many of the other places advertised things like "Condo Quality", "Brand New Interior", "Luxury Interior", but to our dismay after our visits to these places the interiors were simply modified, not upgraded. Cambria Hills was the only place that offered what they advertised and their prices were better than the other lower end places! Its been almost two months and I definately do not have one single complaint. The manager went out of her way to show us numerous different homes to make sure we were completely satisified with our interiors, our view and our parking. We never felt rushed and she was not pushy. The sincerity of her care for the people that live on this property is unmatched to any I have met, and I know we made the right choice by moving here. This place is great. I would definately reccommend this property to everyone that is looking to move to a quiet, beautiful, priceless home.
