My lease is coming to an end pretty soon and I cannot explain how happy I am. The management (Suhrco) is so terrible. The manager that is in the office is the worst manager I have ever had in my 8 years of renting. She is never in the office and on the rare occasion to see her there, she is rude and not accomodating. (unless of course you are a prospective renter, but once you move in her niceness goes away). I have been looking to break my lease like a few of my neighbors here suggested but since it's almost up I would rather spend the three months rent on a new place. The place looks luxury and nice at first glance, but once I moved in I noticed that things were not properly installed or finished. My father is a contractor so I have been around construction all my life and I was shocked to see how cheap the owners were to finish this project. It looks like they ran out of money. Not only have a few of my neighbors broken their leases, but a few owners have tried to sell their condos as well. There are so many beautiful and quality places to live...do not move here. The manager will not take care of you and everyone is moving out for a reason. She is not only rude but completely unprofessional in her appearance and her attitude. She seems to care more about how low cut her top is than showing up in a timely manner to do her job. It's an ongoing joke amongst the residents here that she only got hired (and keeps her job) because she is "so close" to the male that is her boss. One of the guys in the building behind me has seen the two of them leaving together...how lovely. Trust me!!! Move SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
