I would like a chance to write my own review. I have received numerous email alerts due to everyone writing posts recently.

I would also like to address the fact that while many people may have not conveyed their complaints about Cambria Hills or ------------ with tact, their complaints and observations hold validity.

I have had numerous phone calls placed to the office go unanswered and not returned. ----- is absent from the office quite often and it can be frustrating when I need to have something repaired or pay my rent. I do believe that her work attire is a bit too revealing for a professional office setting. And while I will not pass judgment on her character based on her poor clothing choices, I do feel it shows lack of professionalism.

Also, I noticed that someone said they are her boss posted an angry response to the residents' postings. I would like the chance to say that one person cannot post more than one opinion on this website so it should show you that more than one person has had or continues to have negative encounters with your manager.

I have called the number you left before after having to call the Sales Agents, because ----- refused to give me the corporate office number. I was transferred to a voicemail and my call to you was not returned.

While I respect your desire to support your staff, I do believe that offering up such support should be only offered to employees that perform their duties with good customer service, a professional attitude and punctuality. If you are indeed her supervisor, then you should be aware how often your manager is not in the office, and that she does not return phone calls unless she is afraid that the corporate office is going to be called. It is obvious that she not only lacks the proper experience, she lacks the desire to take her job seriously or these opinions of residents would never have been written. I believe your anger that comes through in your emotional response is directed at the wrong people. We pay our rent on time, and our hard earned money pays the manager. The least she could do is be available during normal office hours. I think your time would be better spent hiring someone new instead of writing angry blogs.

I know for a fact that the other people are telling the truth when they say that neighbors are breaking their leases to move out early and that ----- dresses inappropriately, and that the office is empty often, and it's true that ----- can be less than friendly once you have signed your lease.

It shocks me that you would post such an awful message. We are complaining about poor customer service, and that fact seems to have be ignored during your rant. Your response ensures me that I have made the correct decision (and so has everyone else) to move out and into some where new and less dramatic, and more professional.

I think your review was truthful and respectful. Kudos. I too have shared many of your same experiences while living here. I have had to pay my rent late because the manager is never in the office the whole day. My phone calls and repair requests sent through email are never answered. it takes about 2 weeks of non stop calling to get her on the phone. It's frustrating. I am moving in the next few months too. I cannot afford to break my lease so I have had to ride it out. Good luck to you and its nice to see someone address their concerns with graciousness instead of mud slinging. Ugh, I totally agree. Although I think it's funny the managers name has been put as ----- instead but I guess that is more respectful. the current manager is awful and I cannot wait to move.
