I bought a condo in this place in August of 07. There is no way I am leaving this place with a good conscience because it means I would be selling it to some other poor shmuck. The managment company is always quick when it comes to charging you for something and slow if it invloves them delivering something. If they are willing to treat people they will be stuck with for years like garbage, imagine how they will treat you if you are leaving in 12 months! They will screw you. They are screwing us, condo owners and apartment renters alike...

I agree with you and I am sorry that you are stuck here too. I would still think about selling because there are some people that would buy it and then rent it out so it might be less of a burden on you to know the buyers intentions. Good luck with everything. You could always rent it out yourself to get out of there.

I am so glad I didn't offer to buy my unit in B building and got out when I had the chance.... that place went to crap just after the maintenance guy passed away and then Malia and everyone left.
