Allright place, the price is OK compared to everywhere else. I can't say much about the staff as I don't talk to them often but they seem great. The landscaping, maintenence and amenities are excellent.
My complaints mostly revolve around the fact that this place sold out to Archstone, one of the largest real estate ventures in the country. As a result you have to put up with a lot of corporate BS (your only telecom choice is Verizon and the utilities bill comes from the front office).They also charge for parking, and if you opt not to pay you end up walking a bit. And finally, the walls are not the most soundproof in the world, you may finding yourself telling the neighbors to shush at night.
