Last winter the new company stepped in. The grounds look so much better then before, like ciggarette butts and garbage is picked up. The pool is always clean even though it is not open just yet. I walk by it to workout 3 times per wk. It must be hard to take over an apt bldg when people were so unhappy with Archstone. I've lived here two years and there was always someone different in the office-that gets old after awhile.
