The management here is terrible. They have repeatedly lied about issues and are the primary reason we are looking for another place. I've never met a team of individuals as fake as they are. The complex also seems to be dangerous. There is a constant flux of shady characters coming in and out. We don't feel the least bit safe and one of our neighbors said she was followed home by somebody who was loitering in the parkinglot. Parking is another issue, though relatively minor. The place also seems to be very poorly constructed. If you search Google with "canyon pointe mold" you can learn about how they were sued for making tenants sick.
