I worked at Canyon Park Business Park and moved in for convenience. I liked my apartment but decided to move for my career. When I left I received a collection letter over a month after move out. They charged me $200 for carpet cleaning, $40 for blind cleaning, and apartment cleaning. A grand total of $450. I have lived in numerous apartment homes and have not once been charged for anything. The manager has no customer service skills and is barely even there to help resolve these issues. I will never rent from Essex Properties again. Trust me, this company does bad business.
