Maintenance team is good always take cares of stuff in my apartment but people leave there trash everywhere, and people let there big dogs poo in the lawn. I like my apartment it's quiet but I have heard alot of bad stuff i'm still waiting for it. There is alot of parking by my building but I can tell other people have a hard time
