Don't live here. I'm at the end of my lease and I'm just waiting to leave. The maitenance here is horrible, everything looks nice at first, but it's all cheap and badly put together. I think my shower was made in the 70's and it keeps falling off the tracks whenever I get in it, but they wont replace the doors. The screen door won't close all the way but they won't replace it because "I don't need to open the door anyways." And my plug ins don't work but they won't fix those either because the plugs stay in for as while before faslling out. Spiders are infesting my windows and they won't send someone to clean it,(YUCK), and there's a constant draft coming through all the windows and stale smoke smell coming out of the bathroom fans and nothin! Seriously but here's the kicker...the tenants water heater above mine exploded(because they are in the closets in the bedroom) and when I found it, had molded my entire closet wall and my carpet was soaked and it took them 5 days to clean it up. They came the first time in two days and sort of wiped it down with bleach, but didn't even bother cleaning around the metal rak or removing the shelf or totally getting rid of the mold leaving huge black spots. I got sick from it and had to call them 4x before they actually fixed the problem, then when I asked them what they were going to fo about it, the mananger got all snappy with me saying why don't I go to the doctor or lecturing me on cleaning (as if it was my fault) and after I had explained that I had to get an inhaler from the doctor because of the viral infection I had due to mold exposure. This place is designed to suck your money without giving a damn about you. Don't get trapped!

Thank you! Live now in an apt/condo by old town Bothell Not too bad and friendly reliable mgt place is on medium cost side Fairly nice and quiet!!!! Good pkng and no crime (as far as we know)We are looking to reduce costs,but not at expense of this crap. My perceptions were correct as to staying far away from these corporate apt jungles Told my spouse I had a bad feeling about all these essex properties in area.They are hurting too!Offering housing at a fraction of what they owe on investment,from latest ads on craigslist we saw.And we still did not consider renting,go figure.A good run place almost always does well,good or bad economy.Seen this in Portland during 80's when jobs were scarce,places were hard to come by if well run and reliable staff fairly priced. Just my 50 cents worth,
