This apartment complex is, without a doubt, the worst place I have ever lived. This came as a surprise to me because I m from Detroit, and thought that it could never get much worse then that, but I was wrong.
My girlfriend refused to come and see me while I lived there because of the overwhelming amount of disreputable people hanging out in the parking lots. A stunning variety of violent looking men like to sit outside and glare at the young girls who come around now and then. At night they like to fire their guns off. I heard them all the time sometimes right in front of my unit in the back. The police are always coming in and out, but that doesn t stop them.
The staff is rude, bitter, and resentful, probably because they hate working here as much as everyone hates living here. The was a moldy hole in my shower for 2 months, which they refused to fix. By hole, I don t mean some little annoying thing the size of a quarter either. It was the size of a basketball with insects pouring out of it. I had to quarantine the room, and use my roommates shower for the two months. They didn t fix it until I threatened them with legal action. It is a good thing I have a close personal friend who is an attorney because I had to do the same to get my deposit back.
The management called my work and caused a bunch of trouble because the person living next door to me pulled a gun on the security patrol. They also threatened to have me evicted because I went outside during the altercation to see what was going on. The only reason I went outside was to protect my car which has been broken into twice in six months.

DONT COME HERE!!

Ha! This guy is living in a bad movie. Lived here two years, NEVER seen a guy or assaultive behavior

I agree with the comment above. Bothell is a nice city to live in, I grew up in Everett which is definitely worse than this. This is a fine complex. Not perfect, but fine. I get home at midnight every night and I've never seen strange glaring men. I've seen groups of 18-23 year olds hanging out by poorly parked cars, but they're never there more than ten minutes: obviously just waiting for someone who lives there.
