I lived in Canyon Pointe for almost 2 years. The apartment complex is not made well, as evidence of the thin walls and the loose wall sockets. Parking is horrible, so be sure to get a parking space. Fortunately, the scenery is nice and well maintained.

My experience with management has been rather difficult, as Lynn the manager of the complex probably did not finish high school. I would compare her to the soup ---- in Seinfeld, as she is rude and has an ego bigger than Tom Cruise.

If you plan on living here, be sure to call the regional office to complain about anything that does not get done. Lynn will then kiss your butt because she probably got chewed out by her boss. I am not sure why she is always in a bad mood.

Oh yeah, this place gets broken into a lot. And, of course Lynn doesn't do anything to get the community involved. Be careful!!

I agree that part about Lynn. She is very rude. I stayed in these apartments for almost 3 years. I do not recommend these apartments because of the bad management.
