I have lived here for two years and can't wait to move out!!!!! my husband and I live here with children and have had NON-STOP horrible neighbors, the office apparently just seems to rent to teenage idiots. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in and I can't believe the price we pay to live here for such a small space considering the crap we have to put up with!

These corporate run apts have always operated with impunity,no matter where you go,watch out!We have had a policy of finding a small complex or duplex.Yeah,it takes more leg work but payoff is huge.Right now renting 2 bdrm home with woodstove and private yard,newly remodeled, right in Bothell near old town for 850$,did I mention a well built garage is included? Amen to reviews and thanks!!!

Fair housing laws prohibit age descrimination. If you feel 18 is not the appropriate age to be considered an adult, you should definately voice that concern to the powers that be. Whether one is 18 or older, anyone disrupting the peace is certainly addressed up to and including eviction proceedures. Management relies on residents to report after hours activities and encourages resident participation to help make a community a peaceful one. Most of the time, residents do not want to get that involved and it often makes issues difficult to address if no one wants to mention it or be part of the solution. That is very unfortunate.

If you actually saw how many times I have called courtesy patrol or the police because of underage drinking that goes on in this place, I have children.....under the age of 10 that go to bed at a decent hour and my husband gets up at 5am to go to work because we unlike the apes we live around actually have something to do in the morning and like to sleep! I have brought it up, I've even talked to my neighbors no one gives a crap because they're disrespectful and they don't care and the management just wants money! well all I can say for CANYON POINTE APTS is that we are leaving as of Dec 1st thank God and they can rent this apartment out to another bunch of hooligans for all I care, I'm getting my family out of here!
