Loud garage band yelling kids and TONS of stray cats

There are many nice people in the apartments and some bad people in the apartments too.
Lots of barking dogs.And a lot of road rage. Peoples cars have been totaled by other neighbors
and also falling trees. The manager John is very nice and so is his wife and 3 kids.
Theres a lot of stray cats roaming around and some will beg at your door for food.
Also dont be surprised if people call the cops on you at least once or twice.
Great neighborhood for kids so far theres 26 kids altogether on the block some play outside
more than others.Molding walls and bad pluming.
