Old, moldy building with a moisture problem. Everything you own will smell like mildew. Bad appliances inside. Nails protruding from the floor near tile with shoddy carpet installation. Ants and slugs inside the building. Yes I said slugs! Mold is a serious issue here and has caused health problems for my family. Noisy kids and barking dogs. Dog poop everywhere and inconsiderate neighbors that don't clean up after their animals. Noisy, rude neighbors, and alchoholics/drug addicts. A loud garage band, with the manager as the drummer!!! Stray cats all over the place, begging at your door. A totaled car has been sitting in the parking lot for months now. At first the manager comes across as nice but he is totally incompetent.
