The whole complex is low income and with that theres going to be problems. I have lived here for a year and a half and hated it after one month! I have had my car hit twice, lit ciggerette butts dropped onto my porch and in flower potts, do not ever leave anything on your porch if you live in the bottom floor, it will get stolen, including your ash tray! Nothing ever gets fixed on time or at all. It took there crew 3 months to fix a leaking sink, leaving my cupboards to mold. And this was with me setting more then a few apointments to have them come by and fix it. The pool is year round, if they decide to heat it. Drug deals left and right, cops here on a daily basis. Teenagers spray painting on cars in the middle of the day. Like i said, Ghetto! However the units inside are nice and there is a huge public park next door with trails and a playground. So i guess if you had no choice but to live here because you are low income and need a place, its better then nothing. But if you have the choice, DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!! RUN!!!!!!!
