I moved in 02-01-06 not even a week in my house my truck gets robbed deck stolen i think it was someone in complex then i had to move because of the mold under my sink that still prolly is not fixed it was a health concern i have kids after all this my deposit toke a whole 31 days to get back the law says 14 days or you get the whole deposit back after you take them to court so this was my life at this place nothing but grossness and misstreating us the people whom paid rent on time oh did i forget to mention there was a crack pipe ontop of my cabnites when i first moved in yes this place sucks really bad thank you I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO A HOMELESS PERSON IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE ANY PICTURES OF MY PLACE BEFOR AND AFTER LET ME KNOW I WILL EMAIL THEM TO ANYONE WHOM IS INTERESTED

I have to agree the management is a bit gender bais and racist slow to get the unruly out they just keep giving 10 ten day notices one after another
