Okay place to live

After 1 year we?re moving. Some of the office management is nice & helpful, but some have no understanding or tolerance for young children. Over the year we?ve had numerous warnings of vehicle break-ins. Thankfully ours never was. However, a month after we moved in, someone did break into our apartment & stole our laptop & some jewelry. We had only been gone a half hour for grocery shopping. No one was found but we figure someone was watching new move-ins. The pool area is great, but don?t worry about obeying any of the posted rules as no one follows them nor are they enforced. It is a very quiet complex as long as your apt is not right next to the parking lot. But you don?t really hear the neighbors. Folks are polite but keep mostly to themselves. As for parking, it?s a nightmare when other tenants? visitors always park in your spot & you only get one assigned spot. And heaven forbid your vehicle should breakdown. Very strict vehicle enforcement. My vehicle had broke down about a 1/2 hour after my husband left for a week long business trip. I kid you not, 10 minutes later I was being threaten to move the vehicle immediately or it would be towed at my expense. I hadn?t even had time to call the repair shop. There was no compassion for me being home alone with a small child & no family in the area to call for help. So overall, it?s an okay place to live...but I believe there are places just as nice in the area for a much better rate & more square footage. That?s why I?m moving.
