I have lived here for almost going on 5 years and I can tell you that its an overall nice place to live. I have a small child she?s a good kid and I never have any problem. There are some parents who let there kids run amuk unattended, ride bikes in the parking lot. That is sad. I have seen kids almost get hit by cars.One time in 5 years there was some vehicle break-ins and the office staff put out a letter to all of us residents to be aware. I live on the 1st floor and I hardly ever hear my neighbor.
