As far as the management here goes, the tenants are expendable. They don't give a rat's behind if our needs are being met. They only exhibit good customer service before you become an actual tenant. They could care less if a tenant stays or moves, as long as they get their money.
The staff here lack compassion for people. They spend the day gossiping about all of the tenants, but when you need something from them, they act impatient, as if they are swamped with work. I have never been treated rudely by any staff at any other rental (guess I'm the lucky one), however, everytime I've had to deal with the office staff or maintenance, they have been rude.
It is a beautiful area to live. Such a shame the management sucks. Oh, and the securtiy lights make the outside look like daytime all night long. Oh, and it really is not pet friendly.

I still live there and totally agree with this review. The management sucks there and they never call you back when you ask them for a specific problem. I can't wait to move out!
