I've lived here for six years and never had a problem. The staff has always been helpful and if I have a problem they took care of it right away. They go above and beyond to tell you the truth. Some of the new residents expects too much and gets very hostile when they can't get their way.

Where can you find a place that is there for you when things are not so good in your life. The staff don't gossip. The gossip comes from the residents who don't like their neighbour and is bitchy.

I've never seen the staff take sides instead they have alway follow policy. Just the other day I heard one resident accusing the staff of being unprofessional when in fact she was the one yelling and trying to get her way.

I love it here and plan to stay until I get my house. As you read these angry comments keep in mind that this person must have done something wrong and couldn't get away with it.

This must be Jocelyn, Troy, Jessica or Brian. Because you would have to be deranged to consider this staff as cordial and professional. After the first month of residence you will see their true nature. RUDE I haven't had any reason to ask for anything from them other than normal maintenance i.e. stopped garbage disposal, slow running toilet, malfunctioning stove, moldy wall in bathroom and rusty water heater. Somehow they manage to put a spin on these things to make them sound like they are willful destruction on our part. And the gossip? Let's just say if I ever wanted to know what kind of furniture, housekeeper, smell, habits, etc. etc. well ask one of the maintenance guys whose name isn't Troy. He'll let you know everything, even if he has to make it up.
