We have been happy with Inglenook because of nice neighbors, nice landscaping and relatively good security in the parking lot. My main complaint is how quickly the office staff and maintenance men change after they have that signed lease. Every little bit of wear and tear, or malfunction of any appliance is deemed to be your fault. We even had one of the maintenance persons say that "out of date" dishwasher soap was the problem with our very lowest quality dishwasher,dishwasher was the original from over 10-15 years ago. There are many more examples of this attitude. One neighbor had a cracked bathtub enclosure which they blamed on her. Only through the intervention of an attorney was she saved from having to replace it at her cost. This place could be very nice. The staff and policies are what keeps it from being great.
