I do not like putting reviews on these types of sites because it is the opinion of people who is not honest and truthful. I had no choice this time because after reading a couple of these reviews I realized that a couple of the people are irresponsible individuals that probably has never been held accountable for their behavior.

I moved here after reading the reviews here because I knew how to pick out the ones that were telling the turth. I have been treated in a good way and the staff is great.

I think if someone damage and destroy their apartment they should expect to pay.

This is an apartment and if it was their property they would do the same. If they feel that strongly then get a house. One person here said they lived here for a couple months in 2006 and was charged for carpet. That should be a red flag for anyone reading their comment.

All I want to say is take these grips with a grain of salt. We live in a time when people refuse to respect others and their property. We blame everyone and call them names because they will not give in to their irresponsible behavior.

Hopefully they will learn but I have a feeling the next apartment they live in will also be destroyed and they will get on and blame the owner and staff again because it is what they do best in life. It's not me stupid is everybody else that is wrong.

Forget these fools and come visit because you won't be disappointed. The staff is fair and friendly. And since these bad residents have left you will be among good people and make great friends.

It is a nice peaceful Apartment place,(consider it is apartment living not a house)check this place out. We are all responsible for damages that we ourselves did and should expect to pay. I guarantee that if this was a site where you had to give your name and contact information these people will not write these reviews because they would be exposed for the liars they truly are on here.

Again this is a nice place and you have a lot of things to do close by.

Really? Why did you sign this "anonymous?" Most of the bad reviews DO have names. And not one person was complaining about taking proper responsibility for DAMAGE. Reasonalble wear and tear is what is being treated as a money cow by this management. All the appliances, and carpets are of are the lowest quality. And I have personal knowledge of a family being charged for "new" carpet, when in fact the old carpet remains and the carpet cleaner came in and shampooed it. Some of live in an apartment, not a house simply because of expectations of the apartment being maintained properly without expense to us, unless there is willful damage.

I don't live there, but was reading this website because I'm starting to look around for a new place for when my lease is up this fall. To the above responder--in this day and age, I don't blame ANYONE for being an anonymous poster. There are too many nut cases out there to put personal information on the 'net. It's not necessarily being deceitful, more like trying to be safer. And, sadly, some managers at some places would probably retaliate. But, I do agree that a lot of positive posts for various complexes rated on this site DO come from management. They're pretty easy to spot.
