I unfortunately lived at Inglenook Court from October 2006 to September 2007. First off, if you live at this place you HAVE to sign up for Ygnition satellite service. They have some sort of deal so no other cable or internet providers are offered. Not only is their internet speed subpar (and monitored for P2P...like a hawk) there are NO HD channels offered and if there's a TINY gust of wind your satellite reception will drop out and become unwatchable.
The managers never ventured to the side of the complex i lived at so this allowed my neighbors to accumulate the largest pile of trash on their back porch I've only ever seen in a junkyard. There were skates, fish tanks, broken lawn chairs, tennis rackets, golf clubs, golf bags, broken glass, beer cans, bags of fertilizer, pictures and anything else you could think of. A few formal complaints were made about the impending garbage pile and they all fell on deaf ears. The office workers are never there and if you need to call you'll get an answering machine about 83% of the time. It took around two weeks just to locate one of the managers to hand her a letter saying we were moving out.
During the last two months of residence they started remodeling on all of the apartments. Not only did the construction last a full month past the date that management insisted they would be done, the workers managed to knock about 3 holes in our walls (one was the size of an orange). These were not repaired for about three weeks. The fire alarms were frequently triggered by the construction workers and multiple nights for no reason at all. These alarms sound in every unit, are headache inducing and can only be shut off by the fire department or management. If the alarms occurred at night then you would have to wait for the fire department to come to the rescue to get any sleep.
Forget trying to find a parking space at this establishment. There are only a few free spots (covered spots cost $20 a month) and they are only around certain buildings. Every night it was a race to see if you could find a spot that wasn't 5 blocks away from your apartment.
I think I'll stop at this point. If you've read this far you are probably asking yourself "Is this guy exaggerating...there's no way it could be THAT bad". I've never spoken truer words in my entire life. PLEASE read this and reconsider if you're considering this place to call home...

Very accurate. Fire alarm system was triggered frequently by construction; good luck finding a way to get it turned off. Maintenance guys are sullen and moody and don't like to be bothered.
