Totally awesome, you really "put the words to paper", captured the managers and this place like "a nail on the head". A frickin' nightmare it's been. Today I turned in Troy for violating property in a GUEST spot. They do not realize or seem to care that we are all tracking the numerous violations AND are giving us SO much 'amo' to use. Thank Troy and Joslyn, for that! Merry ****** Xmas.
