I have lived at Inglenook Court for 2 years and I can't wait to get out. This place is ridiculous. If you don't mind 3 boats, a boat trailer, and BUS taking up your parking...then by all means move in! I have had problems with my neighbors, repairs, and receiving packages. I had a package sent to my apartment and UPS dropped it at the office. I went to retrieve the package and the couldn't find it...their response, "I don't know where it is, sorry." Whe I asked them to keep looking the response was pretty much, "you are out of luck".
The apartments look nice on the outside, but the interior is in serious need of repair and updates. They raised our rent after putting us all through a 4 month remodel...and keep in mind, they are still raising rent and plan more remodels for the Summer. The pool they advertise is gross. The repairs take forever. The appliances are out of date and gross. If you live here or are considering living here...run in the opposite direction as fast as you can!
Pet deposit is $600 and you only get $300 back. Our apartment smelled like cat pee when we moved in and they did nothing about it...in fact, they lied and said there was never a cat there.
Our neighbors have parties until 3am, we have complained..nothing has happened. There was a kid robbed in the parking lot and beat up...nothing was done. These apartments look nice, but you will regret it if you live here!
