It was nice when we moved here years ago but since then the rent has gone down, ok but that means we have a lot of low-life trash moving in, party teens, illegals, and the place has gone to crap. The units are big but otherwise unremarkable. In the winter if it freezes the parking lot is a lethal ice rink. In summer all the landscaping dies because they dont have sprinkelers. The walls are ok but the traffic is loud and will only get worse with the new construction. The staff are friendly and laid-back, probably too much so. The new residents all have several cars and parking is hell now. Overall the place was nice but has gone way down hill in general appearance and in the quality of people living here. It is no longer a nice place to live and is rapidly growing worse. I no longer feel safe at night and I worry about my kids. It is cheap and big and close to stores but it is sure not a good home to come home to. If you are trashy or cheap you will think this place is great... but I miss what it used to be.
