I would not recommend this complex. While I have not had much trouble finding a parking space (A couple of the units near me have been vacant for different periods of time.), the lot is poorly lit. There are lights near the buildings, but they are often burned out and not visible from the parking area. The appliances are aged, and the maintenance staff is not very responsive. It took 3 calls for a problem, it wasn't fixed, so I have left it. During the summer, the lawn is only watered in spots, so the grounds look brown.
