terrible rip off

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
The appliance's were old and barely worked.
My car was broken into.
The doors and windows did not seal properly making the apartment exspensive to heat.
The painting was terrible
My rent was raised from $580 to $770 in 2 years about a 28% increase.
1 parking space per unit. Management forces the rental of 2nd parking space
