My roommate and I came to this VERY site to make sure we knew what we were getting ourselves into. After reading a couple of the reviews we were a little nervous, but loved the location so we bit the bullet. I couldn't be more happier with our decision!! Jason, Cher, and the rest of the staff were inviting, friendly, and extremely helpful. When our garbage disposal stopped working we called and they had someone over 10 minutes later. When our dryer broke they bought us a new one SAME DAY and we received it the next.

I don't know why people in the past complained about the parking. The complex is so small you can park on one end and it would be less than a 2 minute walk to the other. That doesn't even matter anyway since i've never had a problem with the parking. They also started giving out parking permits, which is probably helping a lot.

The residents are pretty nice. Most people keep to themselves. I never heard our neighbors. My roommate and I once received a noise complaint one night when neither of us were home... that was sort of concerning but it didn't happen again so we ignored it.

The grounds are really nice and there isn't a bunch of children running around, which I REALLY loved. (That's not to say that it isn't kid friendly... it's just that the parents here keep a watchful eye and make sure they aren't causing trouble).

The only time I was ever frustrated is when I ran into a spider web and when I got the noise complaint. There is a bit of a web problem, but since I never saw the spiders themselves I didn't really care!

Overall this is an awesome commmunity and I'm still sad that we had to say goodbye.
