Great Place for the money

We have lived at Madison Park for almost 2 years. It is located perfectly because its not too far from I-405, Mill Creek, and it is right beside the road to Lynnwood and Woodinville. All of the apartments are very nice and roomy for what you pay. We looked at lots of other places, and the others for this price were either much smaller (in sq ft) or much older looking on the inside. The people that work at the front office are also very nice and will help if you have problems.

I agree.. and I too did a survey of area apartments before signing a new lease for Madison Park. Currently I live almost across the street and for the slightly less rent at MP I am getting almost 200 more square feet, a fireplace, hot tub and spa, ceiling fans, new paint and carpet, etc. And they are repainting the entire property and it looks gorgeous!!!! Can't WAIT to get moved over!
