The floor plans are wonderful and spacious but the apartments are hopelessly out dated and poorly maintained. Half-assed up dates were made to the apartment I lived in...the hard surface flooring in the two bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room all had differnt vinyl patterns and colors. The cupboards had been refinished but only on the fronts, inside, underneith and on the sides the cabinets were still the original color. I had a mold issue in the apartment and had one bathroom that smelled of wet cork ALL of the time. Because the "cork" bathroom was in "working order" nothing was done to investigate the issue. My deck was moldy and for the most part paintless due to lack of proper maint. And last but not least, I had a family of about 10 living in the apartment below me. Isn't there a law about maximum occupancy' I rented site unseen from out-of-state, maybe they gave me their worst appartment because of that...if you need a spacious floor plan this may be the place for you but go and see your actual apartment BEFORE you agree to anything.
