I have been a resident for about 3 1/2 years. When I first moved, my apt had not been properly maintenanced after the previous resident moved out. I made a list of everything that needed to be taken care and pretty much nothing happened. The office staff had a debatable intellegence level but seemed pretty nice. After going through a sting of various maintenance and office personel, we currently seem to have a people who are competant and efficient. It seems as though there was a thief working in the office over the past few years from what others are saying here. I know I experienced someone stealing my utility payments. I am still having to argue with management which is very irritating as they are the ones who screwed up in the first place.
The majority of my neighbors are great although we currently have an epidemic of stray dog poop pleaging the community. Having worked in property management for many years, I have pretty high standards. For the better part of my stay at Madison Park, the quality and service overall have fallen short. I would give a mediocre rating at best. I stay in my apartment because of it's proximity to family, otherwise, I would have moved 2 years ago.

At the time this resident moved in, I was not managing this property but I can assure you that I have taken the necessary measures to make this community a beautiful home for all.
