I just signed a lease at Madison Park and will be moving in at the end of October. So far I have been nothing but impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the office staff and my tour of the property. Before leasing here, I did a survey of apartments in the area... 13 in all... as I received a massive rent increase at my current place and I knew I could find a better deal.

I found it at Madison Park. One thing that really sets it apart from the others is that they have left all the trees possible, giving it a much more private look and feel. The apartment I looked at was gorgeous, and they have promised all new carpeting and complete remodeling of mine prior to my move-in. Rachel showed me the beautifully redone pool and fitness center, and they are in the process of totally repainting and redoing the entire place. I live almost across the street so I can see this actually happening. Shelley has also been very kind and helpful.

In my limited visits (so far) to the property, the neighbors have been very friendly and several are out chatting or walking their dogs, etc. They have their own neighborhood watch program, and my first impression is that it is a friendly place.

I also compared pricing... and found that for what you get, they are right in there. There were others in approximately the same range or some slightly less; however, in actually LOOKING at some of the other places, I found the design of my apartment at Madison Park to be very unusual and attractive. I'm getting almost 200 square feet more for slightly less $$$ than my current management was raising my rent to; not to mention a wood burning fireplace, ceiling fans, etc. And since my patio looks out on a protected wetland (with a creek I can hear) I have the confidence no one will be building a shopping mall in my front yard next year! :)

Obviously my knowledge is limited since I am just moving in... but I HAVE visited MANY of the apartment complexes in the area personally in the past six months and found Madison Park to be the "one for me." I can't WAIT to get moved in there! (Note I left some of the stars in the middle because I have no way of knowing.)

Note on 9/22/07 - just wanted to add that yesterday I drove by the newly repainted apartments, and they are stunning! Very attractive choice of color and trim!

This was NOT WRITTEN by any staff member of Madison Park Apts. This resident was very proud to call Madison Park Apts home, and felt like shedding a little light on this website of "ratings"... And it's not an anonymus comment either, so I'm sure they wouldn't mind if you wrote and asked! :)

Me again... :) I might also point out that most places you sign a lease you pay it... for the year!! At Madison Park when I got the sudden opportunity to purchase a condo I was able to buy out of my lease for a very reasonable amount. They openly encourage people to buy if they can, even though it causes extra work for them.
