So I've been in a lease here since 2006... I'm surprised to see a couple of the recent things written on here. Here's my opinion... take it or leave it!

*Good location, perfect for my commute to Kirkland!
*Really friendly office people! Seriously I'm not exaggerating... I've never gone into the office or talked to them and experienced the girls being anything other than a friendly and helpful. They've both been working at the office since I moved in, and there was another girl here for a few months that was extremely friendly too!
*Noise is not bad... It's pretty quiet! No parties or loud music like my last apartment in Mill Creek (felt like I was surrounded by college kids)... I do hear foot steps from my neighbors above, but that's what I'd expect living on the first floor.
*I've had a couple things that have needed to be fixed inside the apartment, nothing major, and I even got a new washer and stove last year!
*Parking is great cause all the parking is assigned so I don't have to fight for a spot! Then there are guest spaces that stay pretty open, except sometimes on the weekend or holidays.
*The landscaping is nice to look at and like the last person said, always kept up!
